All About Kids Family Day Care – Byfield, MA

All About Kids Family Daycare is a privately owned home day care. It offers a stimulating, engaging and nurturing environment for children to learn through fun, hands on activities.

In addition to bringing up my own three children, I also have experience as an instructional teaching assistant at first grade and pre-K levels.

My philosophy is based on the belief that all children are unique and that each child learns at their own pace. I will encourage each child to develop individual readiness in the areas of cognitive, physical and social development.

Learning through play is extremely important. Play experiences are keys to children forming early understanding about their work, social competence, mathematical and early literacy concepts. I will provide a structured, fun learning environment so that each child will be able to practice choosing, problem solving and thinking.

This program offers an array of hands-on activities. Children will be exposed to art, music, math, science and nature. Group and individual activities will be provided. Your child will take part in activities, which provide a chance for them to explore personal interests, and will reinforce independent thinking. Structured, age appropriate, activities are provided with direction, where some academics are introduced.

Through this program, each child will be given the opportunity to form friendships, develop social skills and self-confidence. The children will be part of an environment that fosters integrity, compassion and respect of oneself and others.
